Dmitry Vorsin es un artista nacido en el sur de Rusia en 1980. Comenzó a dibujar en su infancia, pero no tuvo ninguna instrucción artística. Entró a los 17 años a la Universidad, seguro de que dedicaría su vida a la ecología, pero su naturaleza creativa pudo más y, como resultado, se mudó a Moscú donde actualmente se dedica a las artes gráficas y la fotografía profesional. Sus dibujos, hechos en su mayoría con tinta, lápiz y acuarelas sobre papel o cartón, nos ofrecen un mundo lleno de simbolismo y surrealismo.

Dmitry Vorsin was born in Southern Russia in 1980. He started to draw from his childhood but it happened that he did not get any art education. At the age of 17 he entered the University being sure to dedicate his life to Ecology. But his creative nature finally overcame and, as a result, he moved to Moscow where now Dmitry is engaged to graphic arts and professional photography. His drawings, done mostly in ink, pencil and watercolor on paper or cardboard, offer us a world full of symbolism and surrealism.

  1. Alucinante!. Técnica depuradísima y observándolo en una rápida pasada, en algunos de sus dibujos se me vino a la cabeza claramente la influencia de Dalí. Buen descubrimiento!

  2. Sí, tiene mucho daliniano; las referencias políticas, las estacas, los paisajes con figuras pequeñas al fondo, las alusiones religiosas... Sí que ha dado de sí la obra del de los bigotes. Y lo que seguirá dando.
